The story of how a large company moved in just 48 hours.
With the transition to the bank, we at Cetelem also began to address the premises in which we work. Our team is constantly growing and the building, in which we resided, somehow did not grow with us. And thus, the inevitable solution came up - moving. After a long search and many consultations, it was decided - Cetelem is moving its base to the newly opened Business Center - Twin City in the center of Bratislava, which meets all the standards for the requirements of a modern bank.
After years in the old building, the warehouses and archives were full and everything had to be moved. During the final week, each employee got their boxes and everything had to be packed. Boxes were everywhere. Literally everywhere.
The move took place during the weekend, within which all our IT department was up on their feet and hooked up all the necessary setup. If we want to talk numbers, 1275 boxes, 4 printers and 1 tree were moved within 48 hours. Great job!
By Monday morning everything was already set up and besides moving boxes with their personal belongings, the employees were treated with delicious breakfast and snacks. There could not have been a better start of the workweek!
After several weeks in Twin City we can confirm that the change of our premises was a positive one. Sufficient daylight in the offices, comfortable parking for bicycles, locker rooms and showers, or a number of greenery outside make our workweek more bearable
